Herbal medicine supports a wide range of health concerns by promoting balance and improving your body’s natural healing processes. It can address hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, immunity, stress, sleep issues, fatigue, anxiety, skin health, and more.
We are unable to accept health insurance for Western Herbal medicine consultations and for the herbal remedies offered after the consultations in Australia.
Pensioners and children below 16 years of age gets a concession with herbal medicine consultation fee. Herbal remedies are offered at extra cost.
You can cancel your appointment by giving us minimum 24 hours’ notice. Please email us at contact@herbalwhisperer.com.au to let us know about the cancellation. Please do not message us on Instagram or Facebook to cancel your appointment. Late cancellation is not eligible for a refund. Please read our cancellation policy (Scroll down to read our cancellation policy) before booking your Initial/Follow up appointments.
Notice Period:
If you provide notice of cancellation of at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a refund of the session fee, minus a cancellation fee AUD20.00.
Cancellations made one day (24 hours) before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund of the session fee.
You are given an option to reschedule your appointment by emailing us at contact@herbalwhisperer.com.au. Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the session fee refund, if applicable.
